FAQ
Why are all the clan members young people?
Well, the truth is�no one�s lived long enough to be older than that. They�ve all die from self-inflicted food poisoning. Just kidding. Actually, the master chefs are picked every two years in a major cooking contest. Once a Clan leader has reached forty, they traditionally withdraw from the contest. Now, most people withdraw earlier, and sink into early retirement. The past Clan Leaders are all held in high esteem for their wisdom and experience.
Who�s Ichi?
Ichi is the Phoenix Clan Leaders Mentor. He also serves the important position of judge in the choosing of the clan leader. He is a cat, but there�s more to him than meets the eye.
