"The theory of randomness states that, if one does things randomly, there is a 99 percent chance that things will go absolutely, horribly wrong."
An addlepated master chef who carries a spork sends the wrong invitations to Asai Rika, a Professional Chef to be who wields a katana and a butcher knife. She ends up with an impossible to find ingredient for what was supposed to be an easy final test. Add a slightly insane, butterfly knife wielding...er..person, a magical kitty that ain't magical, and a cynical best friend. Oh yeah, and a hot potential rival.

The Theory of Randomness is...what? Sorry, you're just gonna have to read how it makes the none-too-bright-spork-wielding-clan-leader, Avis Farrin, mess up...royally. Now poor Asai Rika has to deal with this gastronomic blunder is she ever wants to become a culinary master. See how katanas and butcher knives can relieve stress as well as a good reason against overachieving!
