This is my lineage to the Leblanc Family. Although the information that I post is for my own reference, I do not mind sharing with other with the same interest. 
Please keep in mind that the information that I post on my site may not all be correct.  For example Daniel and Francoise Gaudet were supposed to be the original family that came from France on the Le Saint Remi but he is not listed.

But anyway as I said these are my notes... Please check your sources.

GGGGGGGGG Grandparents Daniel Leblanc and Francoise Gaudet/Godet (This is not certain but I have found notes stating the Daniel was the son of Rene' Leblanc who was the son of Alphonse Leblanc who was the son of Pierre Leblanc b. about 1300.)
Daniel was born around 1626 in Martaiz Loudon Vienne France. (He arrived in Louisiana on the Le Saint Remi.) Don't know about this; he is not listed; the Le Saint-Remi from France arrived in Louisiana New Orleans on September 10, 1785; unless there is another date. I am confused...
He died around 1695 in Port Royal, Acadia. About 1650 he married Francoise Gaudet (daughter of  Jean Gean Gaudet) born 1623 in France.  She died around 1695 -1698.

Charles was born 1717.  Twin was Francois Leblanc. He married Anne Boudreux on September 27, 1745. Anne was born Nov. 22, 1721 in Port Royal, Acadia.   She died August 1756. in Southampton, England.  Second marriage to Madeleine Gautreau in 1758.

Note: Gilbert was taken in for adoption by Mr. and Mrs. Sosthene Trahan of Rayne when he was about 5 yrs of age. He was never formally adopted although he had a legal name change in 1960 when he had to get a SS#. Gilbert and his sister lost contact; family of Gilbert and Sister Anna wanted to get back in touch with each other; in the year 2003 I think it was my mother LezieMae Leblanc Hanks who was Anna's good friend and cousin through Valerien called me and asked if I could help Anna find her brother's family she said all she knew was the name of the school that they went to in Texas; After months of searching I was able to get in touch with someone who knew that Gilbert"s family was searching also for their Aunt and she directed me to Paula K. Trahan. The family has since gotten back together. It turned out that the family of Gilbert lived within 5 miles of my mother's brother Kernie in Texas.
2. Anna Micke was also given up for adoption but kept running away and trying to get back to her home. Lisida Newman Leblanc her grandmother raised her.
