WELCOME to 'LITTLE ANGELS CHILDMINDING'. Hi, I'm Lisa, a fully insured, OFSTED registered childminder and police checked member of NCMA (National Childminding Association) I have been married since 1990, my husband and I are parents to 4 children (3 sons & a daughter) who have kept us busy & entertained over the past 15yrs. I decided to become a childminder based on the emotions and anxiety experienced by family & freinds when finding suitable childcare. In addition to my parenting skills, I recieved training and support from my local 'Childrens Information Services' in order to develop my business. I aim to provide a professional service, offering friendship & reassurances which enable parents to continue with work commmitments & resposibilities, whilst their child recieves the desired care and support, along with experiencing activities and opportunities which enrich and encourage their ongoing development. |
| I currently hold the following training certificates: Introduction to childminding - CACHE. Child Protection Awareness. Paediatric First Aid - First Response. Health & Safety Awareness - BFA |
| MY CHILDMINDING POLICIES |
I have written policies on the following aspects of my business, unfortunately due to these being downloaded, they are now only available to parents of children in my care and are supplied in a 'welcome' pack. Child Protection Policy - (Monitoring & Referral Procedure). Confidentiality Policy. |
| EMERGENCY PLANS |
I have written procedures that can be executed by either myself or my 'Emergency Carer' in the event of an emergency arising. These Plans take account of the following:- Fire Evacuation - (Fire Drill & Safe Assembly Point) Emergency Illness / Injury - (To Children &/or Carer) |
