BELOW IS AN ILLUSTRATION OF  MEALS PREPARED.
INDIVIDUAL PREFERANCES ARE CONSIDERED WHEN MEAL PLANNING

LUNCH:
Wholemeal sandwich with preferred filling, veg sticks, juice & yogurt.
Small pizza, grated veg, box raisins & milkshake.
Pitta bread with filling, Juice & small muffin.
Soup & roll, cheese sticks, juice & fresh fruit.
Cheese on toast, juice & yogurt.
BREAKFAST:
Wholegrain cereal with milk, fruit juice & toast.
Cereals with fresh fruit / yogurt, Glass of milk & toast.
Boiled egg with toast & fruit juice.
Pot of yogurt, cereals & fruit juice .

DINNER:
Homemade chicken burgers, potatoe wedges, veg & fruit.
Jacket potatoe with filling, apple crumble & ice cream.
Chicken in sauce with veg / rice,fruit & milkshake.
Spagetti in sauce with roll, fresh fruit and ice cream.
Toad in the hole with veg, jelly & ice cream
SNACKS:
Homemade cakes & cookies,
Fresh / dried fruits & cereal bars,
Fruit & veg sticks,
Yogurt drinks, water, milk, juices.
It is my responsibility to ensure that all children in my care have access to healthy nutritious foods, so that they can begin to make healthy food choices and develop an understanding of the importance of a healthy diet.

Sweets and chocolates are not included within any of my meal plans. They may be available at times but only in moderate amounts we all enjoy as treats.

Parents are encouraged for input and opinions concerning  their childs diet.
