RATES Normal hrly rate: 3.00 p/hr Out of hrs : 3.50 p/hr After school care rate: 3.00 p/hr (min of 3hrs charged)
SICKNESS / ABSENCE Child / parent sickness: normal fees apply. Childminder / child sickness: no fees apply.
HOLIDAYS Parents / child annual leave: normal fees apply. Childminder hols: no fees apply.
BANK HOLIDAYS Closed: normal fees apply
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS The provision remains open unless otherwise advised, and welcomes older siblings. This is subject to availability and registraton criteria. Temporary contracts available.
RETAINERS 50% of normal fees are due should you wish to retain your place BUT are currently not using it, ie maternity or school holidays.
If you wish to part use your place you are required to pay full fees for any attending days and retainer fees for the remaining days of that week.
DEPOSITS One weeks fees are required in order to reserve a full - time place (pro-rata for part-time places), subject to an agreed period of time. Deposits are due on the signing of contracts and can count towards future fees BUT are not usually refundable if you decide not to take up the reserved place.
PAYMENT OF FEES All fees are due weekly in advance on the first attending session. Failure to make payments on time incur a �10.00 charge to your account. Invoice slips are given out, usually at the end of the week, informing you of the amount due the following week -/+ any alterations for sickness etc.
CONTRACT REVIEWS Contracts are reviewed every 6 mths, although both parties may request a review sooner either verbally or in writing giving 2 weeks notice of an offered appointment.
NOTICE 2 weeks notice, is required from either party wishing to terminate a contract. This should be written although verbal notices will be acknowledged. Parents should note that normal fees apply during periods of notice. |
