• Wheels are painted silver. 16-inch "S" models have a rotary shape in the center cap.

• Interior is two toned.  Main dash is black, while the rest is beige or grey.

• Real wood used for the console.

• Head unit is distinctive with it's two prominent dials.

• Golden Mazda emblem is embedded into the Key and Keyless fob.

• Amber turn signals front and back.

• Pop-out cupholder in-dash.

1996

• Keys and keyless entry no longer have the golden Mazda emblem.

• Keyless entry FCC ID has changed.

• Speedometer cluster has lost the drive gear indicator.

• Wheels are now polished allow with exposed lug nuts. 15-inch "P" models still have painted wheels.

• Only year of Millenia that does not have painted roof gutters.

• Faux wood used on dash instead of the real burl-walnut.

• Final year of both projector headlights and foglights.

• Final year for the two-dialed head unit and the above Panasonic CD changer.

The Millenia will go through some very minor changes in the 1997-1998 model years.
