Take a one minute holiday in Wisconsin.

If you go to the place exactly between the Greenwich meridian and the International Date Line, that's 90o of longtitude, and exactly between the equator and the North Pole,a 45o latitude, you will be in the middle of Wisconsin, with car plates "America's Dairyland".

Along Wisconsin's western side flows the mighty Mississippi river, here seen at one of the locks.

Wisconsin Dells is a resort town in the southern part of the state most famous for its World War Two amphibious "Ducks" which do tours of the river gorge and surroundings.

Wisconsin is also known for its wild areas of forest. This sandhill crane is at Eagle Lake State Park.
