Vasilieos The Black

In one of the many forests that make up the Plane of Elysium dwells the Sage & Chronicler known as Vaslieos the Black.

Vasilieos is sought throughout the Realms for his wisdom and Knowledge on any subject a body can dream up.  If there's a question, chances are Vasilieos has the answer to it, or will know where to look.

His modest, stone dwelling houses a vast array of tomes, scrolls and artifacts, much more than a dwelling of its size should.  This is another good thing, since Vasilieos stands roughly 8'5" in height.

Vasilieos is descended from a long line of powerful mages who fight against evil and beings of evil whenever they threaten Elysium.  Though Vasilieos' kin have been known to travel far and wide to fight evil and to gain knowledge, Vasilieos is content to gain knowledge and record deeds brought to his home by others, whom he hires to find rare and unusual artifacts and writings.

Vasilieos often employs Aurturus and his friends to bring treasures to his 'den'.  When Aurturus is busy, this learned scribe will hire Thaddeus the Sly or Shaharus Moon.
