OUR GUEST ROOMS:

Bed linens, with the exception of a few pieces, are 100% cotton. Both feather/down and polyester fill pillows are available. Mattresses are first quality orthopedic construction The rooms are appointed with antiques as well as new furnishings.

 

ASHMONT SUITE

The first floor Ashmont Suite unit consists of 2 connecting rooms with a private bath with shower. The bedroom features a romantic antique carved four-poster matrimonial size with bed hangings. The rooms can be set up as a sitting room and bedroom or as 2 bedrooms - the sitting room has a queen size sofa bed, a day bed and tavern table for dining or working. The Ashmont Suite has a private entrance from the front covered porch which is set far up from the street, and guests are invited to make use of this space for relaxation. There is a TV/VCR to catch the morning news or for those times when you might just like to stay home and watch a DVD from our library..

A lovely feature of the Ashmont Suite is the high carved mahogany fireplace mantle with Chelsea tile fireplace surround.

THE TOP FLOOR ROOMS

There are three light and airy bedrooms situated at treetop level on the third floor. The rooms share a large bathroom and an open sitting room at the top of the open three story staircase. There is a small TV which has cable channels. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned.

 

THE EAST ROOM

Exposure: East/South

Furnished with a full size bed, dresser, reading chair, and accessories

 

THE AMELIA ROOM

Exposure: South/West

Furnished with 2 single beds, small chest, loveseat, and accessories

 

THE WEST ROOM

Exposure: West/North

Furnished with a full size bed, chest of drawers, reading chair, and accessories
