Hello, and welcome to C.A.P.A. We are a non profit organization focused upon the pet breeders, and pet owners alike. We are here to educate those who wish to learn all they can about chinchillas. We also have alot for you to discover within our association. We have an e-group that we would be pleased to have you join whether or not you join C.A.P.A. We have a C.A.P.A. Rescue, members directory, breeder's directory, and so much more.

If you would be interested in joining our group, then please look around the site and read a little more about us. We have an online application to get you started into the association on the by-laws page of this site. We also have a Junior Class available for those within the age group of 16 and under.
