1.
Can I choose my roommate? Yes, please list the
first and last name of the person you wish to room with
and don't forget to mention it to them.
|
|
|
2. Am I able to book a private room?
Yes, there is an added fee of $175.00 for the entire
Camp to book a private room. Private rooms have two twin
beds. No double beds are available in this venue. |
|
|
3. What is provided with my room?
All rooms
have two twin beds and a private bath. Bedding and
towels are provided. There will be no housekeeping
service, but a washer and dryer are available, free of
charge. |
|
4.
Am I considered an Artisan?
You sure
are! Our market includes those selling handmade items
and retail items. Tables are $10.00 a day. You may share
a table with friends and split the cost if you wish. The
Artisan market will open Friday and Monday evening after
supper and Saturday during our open house.
If you do
not wish to be at your table to sell at those times,
please have someone help
at
your table. The market is a separate room. If there are
no sales people in the room, the door may be locked so
you can all go play. If there is a need for more sales
time we would be happy to accommodate.

What type of donation are you asking for now!
Yes, I know, we seem to be asking for a lot, but it’s
for a good cause. This monetary donation is put directly
toward our sponsorship program. The sponsorships are
private and only three Pubas are aware who has been
sponsored each
year
Sponsorships are something
we’re really proud of at Camp Mini Ha Ha. The support
that we provide to each other ensures that everyone who
wants to attend actually can, even when it might be a
financial stretch. If you would like to help, you may
send any amount - small, medium or large... The partial
sponsorship dollars can be awarded only once to any
camper who applies. |

I love gift exchanges, how does the CMHH exchange
work? Campers bring
five unwrapped miniature gifts of a $15.00 minimum
value. Label them with your name. An exchange will take
place daily. You bring five wonderful gifts; you go home
with five wonderful gifts. Your gifts can be all
different or all the same. Although we all love getting
the gift that went over the top, we don't want you to
feel pressure to give this way. We have enlisted the
help of Marijke Hurkens
[email protected] who is a
wonderful resource and ready to help you with your gifts
choices whether it be establishing the value or helping
with ideas about what to make or how to make it. Gifts
do not necessarily have to be personally made by you
(but hand made is the preference). Please arrive with
gifts ready to be handed in during registration. |
|
7.
What is considered a special request? Well,
can I bring my pet Giraffe would definitely be a special
request! Seriously, a special request would be something
like a food allergy; or a mobility challenge. Please
make requests known and we will address each one on an
individual basis. |

Am I expected to take part in the Yahoo site?
Once you have registered, you will be invited to join
our private CMHH yahoo site. No, you are not expected to
take part. The Yahoo site is a great place to get to
know past and present campers. You should have all your
questions answered with a follow up information package
which will be snail mailed to you once your registration
has been confirmed. There will be a list of addresses
and names for you to contact if
you need further information over and above what we have
provided. However, campers talk on the site and add
great little tips for packing things not listed or ideas
that they have about what they may make for gift
exchanges etc… or how much chocolate they are bringing,
you know important things like that. It’s pretty fun to
be involved. It also gives you an idea who might be
coming! |
