<p><font COLOR="#00FF00">The Swiss Ball can be used for many exercises. Crunches with feet hooked under something and push-ups with hands or feet on the ball are two of my favorite. The instability of the ball causes the stabilizer muscles to work,
helping to develop real-world,
functional strength.</font></p>
