Without a doubt the most influential woman in my life. She has given me her simple and unconditional love, which drives me to stay sane and stick to clean living. She appreciates every little thing that I do for her, whether it's doing research for her loved ones, or a simple text message telling her how much I love her. She accepted me for who I was, despite all my faults and foibles. She placed her complete trust in me when we started our relationship, knowing all too well the difficulties that will burden us. For all that and more, I am grateful.

We met about half a decade ago, but we didn't become friends until much later. I still remember the night when I first told her that I loved her. She had drunk too much, and it was all that we can do to keep her from gagging. As she lied down on the couch, I took her hand in mine and looked into her beautiful, doe-like, brown eyes. In a whisper, she asked me if I really loved her. Without even a second's thought, I automatically answered that I loved her, with all my heart and all my soul.

How many years later, I continue to love her, and give nothing less than 100% in our relationship. I've broken some promises, and kept others, but I still can't lie to her, and I still can't say no to her. To Lady Leonhart, all I can say is: I love you, and I'm forever yours.
