Field Trip?

High school classes never take field trips, do they? Absolutely! Humanitas classes often times need other materials to accentuate their learning that are not readily available on campus, and that is where the time-honored tradition of field trips come in. Humanitas field trips are a little different than most trips however, in that they are used for a purpose other than a simple reward. Humanitas field trips are used as (drum roll please) learning experiences! Here are some pictures from Mr. Hurst's 10th grade Humanitas class of 2004 taking a trip to the Getty Museum.

Taking a moment to check the scenery...

and to strike a pose

Working hard...

or is it hardly working?

Was there a picture that Kirby did NOT get into?
Ahhhh, taking in the art.
What do normal people do at the Getty? EAT!
Lily is running to turn in that assignment!

Mr. Davis taking it all in.
Even the bus ride was fun!
Yes, the ladies were working hard.
Who knew that the Getty had such cool couches?
