(b) Route 78 near Santa Ysabel to Route 371 near Aguanga. Points of Interest On part (a) you can visit Cuyamaca Rancho State Park. Its commodities include six campsites and a reservoir. Paso Picacho has eighty-five sites which includes a picnic area and ground camping for up to 160 people. Green Valley in the southern part of the park has eighty-one campsites and nicely sits near the Sweetwater River, which in springtime is full of trout. Arroyo Seco and Granite Campgrounds have primitive campgrounds for up to forty people, but registration and other arrangements are dealt with in Paso Picacho. If you bring along horses, you can camp out in Los Caballos, for families with horses, located southeast of Cuyamaca Lake, or Los Vaqueros, a campground specifically for equestrian groups with accomodations for up to eighty people.
