Some of you may know that I play on a private RO server. However, it's very rare that I do play cause of time & me spending more time play PSP (although I barely finished with PoPoLoCrois). Not too long ago, I was selected to be a GM as for the server. I didn't apply for it. I was selected by approval or recommendation/popularity (maybe), if you will, by some of the GMs in the team. I have this "rule" that I will not become a GM for any server, regardless of what game it is. As my 1st assignment, I was to do one of those game weddings. In the past & ongoing, I've been planning & doing custom style weddings for players. With player-only limitations, I managed to design & get couple together. However, little did I know that I would do & perform one myself as my 1st GM assignment was to be the "priest" that performs the wedding. It caught me off guard as I wasn't prepare for it & scripts were never my responsibility. Because of serious disconnection problems, I couldn't do the rehearsal & ended up doing the final job with the GM team giving me the lines from the rehearsal & cues to perform them. Although the couples getting married were happy with my performance, I felt I could have done a better job at it if I didn't have those problems & stay for the rehearsal properly. However, I'm technically not a GM but a power player with some of the limitations removed.
In PSP news, Sony is preparing to release 3.0 in the future. In it will be a feature that will make the PSP as a GPS system. However, the hardware to do this is scheduled to be released some time in October. It will be attached on the top of the PSP where the USB port is & will be silver. That's what the prototype shown in a convention show looked like. When this upgrade will be released is unknown at the moment. Other stuff in 3.0 version is unknown as well.
In more PSP news, Sony announced that they will release a PS1 emulator for PSP. So you can play PS1 games on it. How this works is unknown. According from what I've seen, it will be released sometime this year. When this announcement was made, Sony also announced that they have stop production for PSX consoles. It may be safe to say that they stop it for the production of PS3 which has been delayed to November 2006, not because of the PS1 emulator.
Very small update on this site. I've put up a complete review of Shakugan no SHANA & in the Anime section. Also in that section, I've updated Fate/stay night & a new review of BLOOD+. This is most likely the last update for this month. Time hasn't been kind to me lately.

Today, I got my Fate/stay night This Illusion Music Box & Fate/stay night Excalibur Letter Opener items. I've added them to the Fate/stay night section in the Collectables section. I actually forgot about these items.
If you Pinky St collectors or lovers aren't aware, the new Air Gear Pinky Agito (the 1st official boy Pinky) has been released already. From what I'm seeing, there doesn't seem to be a lot of hype over this Pinky because it's a boy. Like Ringo, Agito comes with Vol. 13 of Air Gear as a limited package. From the looks of it right now, getting this Pinky shouldn't be too hard & the price of it will probably not go into the premium levels.
More Pinky St news, I was reading a Japanese hobby magazine (I think it was Hobby Japan, but I don't remember) & saw a Pinky St figure of Shana from Shakugan no Shana. It's very well made with her school uniform appearance, Shana sword, & her red flaming hair. However, I don't know if it's an official product regardless that it took up the whole page in colour. Searching around the web, nobody has mentioned this Pinky. So it's possible that it's a custom made Pinky.
Also in that Japanese magazine, I saw the full colour lineup of Konami's Figumate Negima Vol. 4. There will be 5 + 2 figures. There's quite a number of good points in this volume since there is a nice variety of clothing to choose from even though there is a couple of the school uniform from volume 1. The bad things about it are the open hand palm is reused here & the face & some accessories molds are used here. I'm not sure why Konami are reusing characters from past volumes here instead of getting different girls that haven't appear yet. There are still a large amount of girls not used in the Figumate lineup yet.
More in the anime toy world, I read that Mega House will be re-releasing the Bleach Excellent Model Series Ichigo Kurosaki & Rukia Kuchiki & Kon. Although they are now hard to get, I think this isn't a smart move on Mega House's part since the Soul Slayer that Ichigo carries is very old as these PVC figures came out more than a year ago. They are scheduled to be released again in June, so watch for price drops in the collectors market.

It looks like I've become a gamer once again. Last week, I picked up the last copy of Samurai Warriors: State of War from my local EB Games store. I was going to get it from Best Buy using my gift card & $5 off coupon, but they don't have it in stock. In fact, they still don't have it. I've opened the wrapping of Y's & Generation of Chaos already, but I plan to keep Samurai Warriors untouched. I want to see if Best Buy will actually get the game by this week. If they do, I'm refunding the copy I have to EB Games & get it from Best Buy for a lower price.
Today, I finally pick up the Transformers BT-01 #7 Smokescreen from my friend. He had a friend visiting Canada & had him arrange with me to pick it up somewhere. I think I wanted 2 years for it. Since it's my sister's birthday on the Lunar calendar, I gave it to her. Besides, it was for her in the 1st place.
In anime news, GONZO is working on making an Pinky:St OVA. Personally, this would be interesting to see what kind of plot will be here if there is one. And big news is that Bleach is licensed by Viz. After all the rumours going around, Viz has finally spoke out. The company has secured the rights for it worldwide along with merchandises as well. They will be trying to make it into a big global success. In more anime news, expect some small changes to the seiyuu lineup for the upcoming 2nd season of School Rumble. Because of schedule conflicts, Yuuka Nanri who voiced Karen Ichijou is replaced by Mako. Mako is new & you probably heard her voice as Yurie Hitotsubashi in Kamichu! & is a member of the J-pop group band Bon-Bon Blanco. Yuuka give up her role on her own. By the way, Kamichu is licensed by Geneon USA.

New month now, so all the February 2006 news stuff is archived in the Past News Archive section.
Last week, I got a fair amount of stuff. I got my Pia Carrot!! 3 Takako Kinoshita Tropical Uniform PVC figurine. The box is a bit bigger than I thought. It pretty wide than tall. Although I want to open it up right away, it's still in it's bubble wrap packaging since I got no time. Also, I got my preorder for the PSP game Generation of Chaos from EB games. It was in on March 2, but they called me while I was working at the time. So I picked it up the next day along with Ys: The Ark of Napishtim. Currently, both games are still shrink sealed since I'm still working on Popolocrois. I should have a review of the game up soon although it won't be a complete one since I'm not done with it yet. Also, I've yet to see all the playable characters for the game. After this game, I'm either going to play The Legend of Heroes or Generation of Chaos next. Heroes will take up a lot of time since it's about 50 hours long & I'm planning to get Samurai Warriors: State of War this week. Suddenly, the PSP game library is very attractive to me. After that game, I'll probably stop until Guilty Gear Judgment comes out or whatever appeals me soon.
As for my workplace, I discovered that it was union. Now I know that I'm screwed for the time being. Also, my manager hasn't been a happy person lately. Working in a hotel really has it's disadvantages. So don't assume it's good & easy work. As for my small business, tamago toys, we plan to hold a Spring Cleaning sale on selected items. What they will be & when it will happen is unknown at this point.
As for updates on this site, I've only updated the ARIA the Animation anime review. It's complete now.
Hopefully, there will be some new stuff here something in the next 2 weeks.
