Well this is where I b*tch and moan about my EECS Classes. EECS is a bitch of a workload. Man it's a killer. Anyways, for those of you that don't know. Soda is the Computer Science building at Berkeley and Cory is the Engineering building. They are located on the north side of campus UP the hills and face one another across the street.
Soda is built on a hill such that 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor are accessable from the "ground" floor just walk a lil more up the hill and you're at the next floor. Bein undergraduates all our projects are done in either the 2nd or 3rd floor of Soda. The higher floors are offices for the TA's, Grad students, and profs. Upper floors are actually pretty nice. Back to the 2nd and 3rd floors. On the 2nd floor there are no windows and no clocks...It's like Vegas...you go in and have no idea how long it's been or what time it is and your life gets sucked away. I've had much less experience with Cory, but as far as I can tell it's a hollowed out large concrete brick.
For reasons unknown to me I decided to track my sleep vs EECS vs other classes time usage...the findings were very disturbing...come and see with your own eyes the horror that is EECS ^_^ CS 150 Components and Design Techniques for Digital Systems - Fall 2001 EE 120 Signals and Systems - Fall 2001 CS 170 Efficient Algorithms and Intractable Problems - Spring 2002 CS 186 Introduction to Database Systems - Spring 2002 |
