When he was first introduced into the show, I find him like a stupid
bitch. I hate him for nearly trying to break Yoh's arm and thinking
that he was the only needed Shaman around. He uses Bason as his main
spirit.

Later in the show, he rebelled
against his father and the tattoo on his back disappeared. After
they won the battle with his father, Ren joined Yoh in his journey.
That was when I started to like him. He was indeed much more
powerful than before, and he also valued his friends alot.
They travel together as a team, defeating alot of opponents.
It was also he who decided that Yoh should be the group's
leader.
Ren cares alot for his elder sister, Jun. Although so, he
didn't admit it because he was a proud person.
