Asakura Hao is
the powerful character that appears only somewhere about 2/3 of the
show. He is Yoh's twin brother, and his spirit is the Spirit of
Fire. |
Though many people hate him, I just simply adore him!!! I can't
bring myself to hate him... He is unlike other villians. He has a
very cool character ^_^
He is Asakura Yoh's twin brother, not by chance that he was
born from the same womb, but it was an deliberate action to carry on
his dream in Yoh's body!!! So clever of him to think that way!!!

The moment Yoh was born, his Grandfather tried to kill him so
that they could prevent the existence of Hao. In front of Yoh's
grieved parents, his grandfather attempted to kill Yoh...
But just before the witchcraft hit Yoh, Hao 'saved' this attack.
His Spirit of Fire appeared and took Hao away, leaving Yoh to his
parents. Hao said that he would be back for his body(Yoh), and with
that, he left the mansion with a sinister (but absolutely cool)
laughter.

During the time whereby
Asakura Yoh grew up, Hao gathered other powerful Shamans to be his
companions.
When Yoh and his gang went to America in search of Paqi
Village, his book where he wrote most of his powers, was 'unsealed'
by Anna. She defeated his Front God and Back God.
Hao paid a visit to Anna when she arrived in America, telling
her that she should give the book to Yoh as soon as possible. He
also said that Yoh was very weak, and his strength would increase
with the help of the book.
