ADVOCATING FOR RESTORATION OF NATURAL ENVIRONMENT IN ZAMBIA

Our Mission as Advocacy for Environmental Restoration (ARE).

ARE’s mission is to advocate for the restoration of the natural environment in Zambia in particular the Kafue River Basin (KRB) where it is threatened by actions such as uncoordinated waste disposal and some natural causes.

Tannery discharge being diverted into fields. Effluent with high levels of pollutants can contaminate the plants.
