Abstract -
The existence of
Pasar Pekanan
in Pantai Cermin District continues its long existence even awaited its presence
eagerly, although it is known in this area has a daily market where the
operational hours are still
in
7 (seven) days. This market
is
perceived useful enough for the community in
fulfilling
the daily needs. But there are still many reasons for the
existence
of the market in
Pantai
Cermin. So it is necessary to do further research on the reasons consumers use
of income to shop in the market compared to the
regular
market, and find out how much they spend on shopping in the market. This
analysis
will view to
consumer behavior that refers to cultural, social, personal and psychological
factors and see how this consumer behavior
will
affects the income of consumers.
Methods and models used in completing this research is to use
qualitative and quantitative approach that is by way of statistical approach and
multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the
partial factor of culture is Rp 181. 649.055 of their income
with
an average of Rp 2.100.000, -.
If it is
seen
as a whole the five measured variables consisting of culture, social, personal
and psychology only contribute 5% in influencing consumers behavior
in
efforts
to
fulfill daily needs On Consumer Income In Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Serdang

Abstract -
The
increasing number of people raises a lot of problems, one of them is
unemployment. Especially for educated people who
can not
directly get a job.
One of the solutions is to exploit waste and create a value handicraft without
having to spend a large capital. Utilization of waste is by making the creation
of paper or paper quilling, art creations from paper quilling
that are
very interesting public attention.
Different with
other paper crafts such as origami and papercraft, the popularity of quilling
paper is not so popular due to its complex manufacturing process. The sale value
of each product is depending on the level of the difficulty. the product can be
useful for many people such as wall clock, sleep light, flower, wedding dowry,
alphabet, animal character, 3D character and many other products
that can be
produced from quilling paper or other waste materials that economical value for
marketable.

Abstract -
Preventation
and safety are very needed in every areas of life today, both for personal and
residential environment. Considering that home is an asset and also place where
we live, for that needed safety in every sector, not except in the kitchen where
we cook, that now use gas as the fuel. Very often we know many house fire occur,
one of them caused by gas leak. Seeing it and considering the current
technological developments, so created a smart system based Arduino UNO that can
solve that problem. With Arduino UNO, MQ-2 censor, SIM800L, and buzzer,
this
smart system can detect gas lavels that contained in the room, and gas leak
levels, and then if system detect excess gas levels ( leak ) this system will
send message notification to the phone of the owner. Therefore this system can
solve the problem with LPG gas leak, also can provide a sense of safe and
confort for the owner.

Abstract -
Using
motion graphic techniques the image is usually not moving and looks boring but
now looks attractive and it can move and look 3D. Then tracking text technique
is a technique where we will add dynamic text as if the text is in the scene and
follow all the movement scene. Videos using this technique are considered
interesting enough to conduct and guide tourist attraction in northern Sumatra.
Technically when a person uses motion graphic design techniques, this technique
is object-oriented. And the media is still images with pixel or vector format,
video and audio data. Inside the app can create a composition in which there is
a timeline, resolution, count of frames per second and size. Tracking text
techniques are generally used in introductions in a video. One of its functions
is to describe for present all or some of the video content that is displayed,
as well as of course to beautify a video using tracking text technique.

Abstract -
When the rainy season, most of people are anxious when they are
hanging clothes. The anxiety is increased when hanging clothes but the owner is
out of the house. And most of people hanging clothes on the porch of the house,
this is done to avoid clothes clothes exposed to the rain. From the above
problem, I created an Automatic Motor tool to move the roof automatically. The
motor uses an Arduino microcontroller coupled with a light sensor, water, and
Bluetooth module connected to android applications. The workings of this tool is
to detect the weather around through the light and water sensors, when the
sensor does not receive light then the tool will translate that the rain come
rain or it could be because it is late night, so the motor will pull the roof of
the clothesline to avoid rain water. When the light sensor detects the sunlight,
the instrument will translate that the weather is bright, so the appliance will
pull the roof of the clothesline so that the clothes that had been closed become
expose to the sun. When the water sensor is exposed to water droplets then the
tool translates that rain comes, although there is sunlight motor will pull the
clothes roof to avoid rain water. And the Bluetooth Module will translate
commands sent from android to the arduino microcontroller to control the
automatic or manual working motor as desired. The benefit of this tool is to
make people feel comfortable easy and have no worry anymore with the clothes.

Abstract - This study aimed to investigate the combination among
proportional–integral–derivative,
(PID) controller, fuzzy logic controller, (FLC) and active force control,
(AFC) implemented in model 4-Degree of-Freedoms (4-DOFs) biodynamic hand model.
Simulation and comparative studies using MATLAB Simulink involve these models
have been successfully implemented with the aid Check Step Response
Characteristics, (CSRC) Toolbox Simulink block, to obtain the values of
constraints and estimated mass, (EM) for each of the proposed controller model.
The comparison results show that hybrid system model PID-AFC is a highly
superior and extremely robust for 4-DOFs biodynamic hand which managed to reduce
the displacement amplitude of tremor as much as 99.594% and tremor acceleration
signal by 98.535%. However, hybrid model adaptive intelligent system, PIDFLC-AFC
managed to reduce displacement amplitude tremor signal as much as 99.113% and
97.826% reduction at tremor acceleration signal. Meanwhile proposed model
PIDFLC-AFCFLC is demonstrated, the best result of adaptive intelligence models
for PSD of displacement and acceleration signal frequency. Both of these models
might be the most robust system model for auto-tuning controller and different
external disturbances introduced in the system.

Abstract:
Improving road safety is a major agenda of our country in order
to reduce the rate of road accidents. Hence, providing safe road environment by
providing clear and continuous guidance to road users are of paramount
importance. Delineator is a traffic control device that has been used to provide
continuous guidance to road users. However, the delineator is often damaged as a
result of being hit by vehicles or due to vandalism. The process of changing a
defective delineator to a new unit is quite costly and time consuming. As a
result, the function of the device is less effective. Therefore, the aim of this
project is to create a delineator base that can facilitate the process of
replacing a defective delineator unit to a new one, called the circle lock
delineator. Circle lock delineator consists of three components. The first
component is permanently assembled into the surface of the road. The second
component is connected to first component using a circle lock connection. The
third component is the connector, screwed to the second component. Therefore,
the delineator post can easily being plug into the connector. This product is
manufactured in three separate components to facilitate the changing of damaged
components. Therefore, the undamaged components can continue to be used, thereby
saving on maintenance costs. Additionally, by using this product, the time
required to change delineator post can be significantly reduced. This product
has the potential to be applied in Highway Maintenance work.

Abstract -The
power-cam mechanisms of Single Acting Pulley Actuator (SAPA) Continuously
Variable Transmission (CVT) utilizes combinations of DC motor system that
include gear reducers to actuate primary movable pulley sheaves on the
transmission shaft. The secondary pulley supported by spring provides a belt
clamping force to prevent slips, while the secondary controls the rubber v-belt
from slipping. Since the methods of controlling these are similar, this paper
only discusses the primary part. The servomotor regulates the axial movement of
primary movable pulley sheaves to shift the rubber v-belt placed between the
sheaves, and change the belt-pulley contact radius. Changing this contact radius
means changing the CVT ratio. Computer simulation results are presented to
demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed PD controller. The research
outcome gives a significant result to complete 75.08 rotation of the CAM from
lower gear ratio to top gear ratio is less than 6.79 sec, with minimum error and
less overshoot with a manual PD tuning contribution to the field of DC motor
based electro-mechanical CVT control system

Abstract -
The purpose of this study was
to determine the effect of compliance, materiality, and audit risk toward
auditor's judgment on the Public Accounting Firm in North Sumatra. This analysis
is based on data obtained from 45 respondents, namely auditors who have senior
auditor positions and junior auditors at the Public Accountants office in North
Sumatra gained by distributing questionnaires. This research is a census
research. The data used is a primary data, which is obtained directly from the
research subject in the form of respondents' perceptions by circulating the
questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire to the respondent. From the number
of questionnaires circulated to respondents as many as 52 sheets, only 45 sheets
returned with a rate of return reaching 86.53%. Furthermore, the data analysis
in this study used multiple linear regression which was processed using a
computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) ver 15.0. The
results of the study showed that both simultaneously and partially obedient
pressure, materiality, and audit risk had an effect on the accuracy of the
auditor's judgment at the Public Accounting Firm in North Sumatra. This proves
that the higher the pressure of obedience, materiality and audit risk possessed
by the auditor, the higher the auditor's judgment.
