Mamiko has moved to my room. It is economical for us to live together.

Then we went to Hampstead Heath. There is a park on the hill, and you can look over London city. It is absolutely luxurious place, isn't it?
We brought handmade sandwiches with us, and enjoyed eating and sunbathing there.
In front of us, a family with children open the basket and took bread, salad or chickens from that. Some people were lying down to get tanned, and some were playing baseball game. Every one looked happy.

We left the park and went to the main streets of Hampstead, then we found the crepe shop. We followed the queue for crepe, and bought a marron glace & cream crepe. Delicious!

When we got back home, all said that fire works would be held at Victoria Park.
We went to see it, but in fact, I didn't expect too much. Because I thought fire works is a kind of Japanese tradition, so that British fire works would be inferior.
When we arrived in the park, already many people gathered, and the police as well.
And fire works started. Soon I was moved deeply.
It was different from Japanese one which is a sequence of sky rockets.
British fire works are combination between fire and music.
Jazz music by solo saxophone was played while a blaze was up. While drums were beat, glaring flames were circling. And synthesizer music was played for sky rockets.
We often said, "great, isn't it?"
It was really impressive event.

24.June.Sun. Sunny my old friend

While I was going to Piccadilly Circus, I was nervous and afraid. Because I would meet my old friend, Mayuko. She was a friend in junior high school, and we hadn't met since she moved to Tokyo. After that, we are just mailing, and e-mailing each other.
This time, I've got a mail she would come to London and Paris for a trip, then we decided to see at Piccadilly Circus.
I found her, "Are you Mayuko, aren't you?"
"Ah!" she expressed surprise.
We went to pub.
"It is fifteen years since we met last. Now, we met at Piccadilly Circus in London. That was incredible! Fantastic, isn't it?!"
We talked about London, job, boyfriend and so on.
In fact, she influenced me very much; she studied in London before, and has a desire of working here.
I've heard the story in e-mail from her, then I decided to come.
I thanked for her.
Any way, cheers for reunion!
