We visited Sir John Soane's museum in general class.
Sir John Soane's was a great architect, who designed England Bank and so on. But, I had not expected much because it doesn't require admission charge, it's free (gratitude is appreciated.)
Yet, yet, it was much greater than expected!
There are uncountable art paintings which used be his collection.
Furniture or other ornaments are also artistic.
Joe, our teacher, had given us a task paper in advance, therefore we had to fill in the question paper related to this museum.
Nearly ten students were trying that task, so the museum workers helped us.
When I enter the yellow room to look for a medal, one worker said, "the medal is over there."
And when I asked about a chair, he picked up my paper and wrote down in place of me.
Today I visited here as class, however, I want to visit again for my fun.

2.June.Sat. Cloudy Portbello Market

I had to meet Mamiko, my sister, at the entrance of Nottinhill tube station at 10:30h. The purpose was to go to Portbello market. But unfortunately, Connex (railway) didn't stop at my station for maintenance, in addition, the most convenient tube line was also under maintenance. When I arrived Nottinghill, it was already 11:00am and Mamiko was upset.
Anyway, we walked and see Portbell market, selling handmade jewelry, antique plates and cups, foods and more.
Our mother, Hisako's birthday is coming. We found a lovely necklace. We couldn't make up minds, so looked another shops. One hour later, we came back to that shop, but some one already bought it.
Suddenly, we felt we missed a lot. (that is a natural feeling, isn't it?)

Next, we went to National Portrait gallery, not for paintings, but for tea! One magazine recommends this afternoon tea on the top floor.
Both ordered scone and tea.
We were delighted by the scone with cream and jam.
And the most fantastic aspect was the location. We were in the high place, so that we could look over the city.
Now, we were satisfyingly full, then walked around the to exercise.
There were a lot of paintings and pictures of famous people, for example, David Became and Possy, David Bowie, Princess Diana etc, etc...It was interesting as well.

3.June.Sun. Sunny Hampton Court Palace

Mamiko and I visited Hampton Court Palace.
It was in imitation of Versailles Palace in France, therefore, it was far luxurious!
The room of Henry the Eighth, the room of the Queen, one of the largest kitchen in Europe, the Georgian room, every room was splendid.
Especially, the room with guns. In a big room, there are uncountable guns on walls. Whoever entered the room, he or she was amazed and gaped. We remained the room to enjoy their look for a time.
Furthermore, the garden is also big and beautiful. The roses were partly bloom. When they become in full bloom in a few weeks, the garden is the prettiest place in the world, I'm sure.

When we came back to London, we had dinner atVietnamese Restaurant, in China town.
We ordered spring rolls and noodles. I wanted beer, however, Mamiko suggested it would be better to go to pub later.
The meals are never oily, plain taste, and I liked.

At last, we went to pub. "Cheers!"
