Amrat Foundation is an Indian development organisation committed to addressing issues of poverty and exclusion. We work to empower marginalised communities, Dalits, tribals, women, Minorities and people with disabilities. We work with them to collectively act to realise their right to livelihood and essential services. We work collaboratively with partners and volunteers. We engage with the state to facilitate transparent and accountable governance. Our uniqueness lies in our ability to bring in skilled volunteers who share knowledge and expertise to build capacity to achieve the aims set out above.
