Opodo is the first Pan-European travel service site created to address the needs of
todays traveller. It is created by nine of Europe's leading airlines: Aer Lingus,
Air France, Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia, KLM and
Lufthansa. The goal of the project was to provide travellers with the tools,
information and inspiration they need to go where they want, when they want and
how they want..
I was involved in a Registration Process Research in which we prepared a set of recommendation to
modify the registration process of Opodo. The recommendations were accompanied by a competitive
audit of registration process of Opodo's top competitors. I did extensive study of existing registration
process, types of information displayed and information categorization to write the recommendation.
The market trends and user needs were also used as inputs.
