I was involved in a Registration Process Research in which we prepared a set of recommendation to modify the registration process of Opodo. The recommendations were accompanied by a competitive audit of registration process of Opodo's top competitors. I did extensive study of existing registration process, types of information displayed and information categorization to write the recommendation. The market trends and user needs were also used as inputs.
