The goal of the ISSS toolbox project was to enable self-service of information by the Institutional Sales
people and others in Marketing. The project enabled the institutional sales to have the data they needed
so that they are better armed when they talk to clients. This tool also became a common access point for
viewing, managing and interacting with data.
The challenge was to create transparency in information flow from the marketing to the sales force.
An intensive user research of the existing communication process of the sales force was performed.
An in-depth, multi stage visualization of the communication workflow was created. This improved the
efficiency of the internal processes of Janus and reduced their client management time significantly.
