2.19.2005 As we the members of ATU-USA prepare to work on the school buildings in Holy Trinity, Ime-Eke Amaigbo, the headmistress of the school, Mrs. Felicia Nwosu, who all this while geared herself to see something good happen to her school is with us no more. This is a tremendous lost to us all.
2.8.2005 With a heavy hearth, we regret to inform you of the death of Madam Miriam Egbutu of Ekwe Amauzari, Mbano in Okigwe Local Government, Imo State of Nigeria, mother-in-law to Mike Nwosu. She is survived by four daughters, two sons, and seventeen grand children. She will be burried in Amauzari on the 4th. of March 2005.

1.30.2005 Our Chief Financial Secretary, ATU, USA, Mr. Fabian O. Mbagwu recently received one of those dreaded news from home that his father passed away. His father, Mr. Christopher Mbagwu, lived to be 101 years old. I pray and am sure most of you will agree with me to live that long.
1.28.2005 Amaigbo Town Union Usa, Inc. has been approved for the 501(c) (3) status which exempts us from federal income taxes and allows contributions to us to be tax deductible.

11.28.2004 Mr. Kenneth Ogubuike Ukaga of Umudurumba Amaigbo, currently residing in Hayward California, lost his visiting mother to the prevalent illness of stroke among our people these days, on the 20th of this month. Mrs. Bridget Nwaulari Anumudu, popularly known as Lali, was the wife of Mr. Ignatius Anumudu of Nduhu Umuchoke Amaigbo.
11.7.2004 Chief Dr. Godwin Ukachukwu Obi, Onwa na’agbara oha 1 of Amaigbo, died yesterday after a short battle with illnesses. Before entering into long months of diabetic coma, he also suffered a stroke which really made his sickness worse.

6.23.2004 It has been decided that for the women dance on the night of the banquet, Sunday, July 4, 2004, the wrapper will be RED George, the blouse will be WHITE, and the headtie will be RED too. Just the same as it was in California.
