The flood gate is now open for you to begin sending in your pictures to insert in this year’s convention brochure.

 

It is not required but we do recommend that your pictures be in color since the brochures will be printed in colors.

 

The price still remains the same as it was last year:

 

Full page ------------------ $100>

Half a Page ------------------$50

 

It has been determined by the National Executive Board that the back page of the brochure will go to the highest bidder. The way this will work is simple; all bids will be routed via the email. Once you receive the email from the last bidder and you are interested to bid, simply include your name below the last bidder’s name and the amount of your bid. Be sure to send your bid back for everyone to see by selecting ‘reply all’ from your tool bar.

 

We shall stop both the bidding and acceptance of pictures by June 1, 2004. I am relying on all of you with email address to disseminate the information to others. The bulk of the duty of spreading the word stays with the president of each city and/or state. You have to gather the names and bid information from your people and enter them in the system as described above.
