If possible, please book your flight to O'Hare Airport. The arrangement for shuttle buses has not yet been finalized. I have been informed that it is easier for our people in Chicago to make alternative arrangements to pick up passengers from O'Hare Airport than any other. More information to follow on that.

 

Please note that this year, we do not have the luxury of enjoying the 4th of July on a weekend but on a weekday. The 4th of July falls on Tuesday and our convention ends on Sunday, July 2nd, making the Monday, July 3, our departure date from Chicago. Therefore, you may need to obtain a one day leave from your employer assuming you're not independent.

 

I will seriously encourage everyone to book their rooms right away because not much was reserved and not much is left. Please, take advantage of the winter seasonal sales and book your flight now. I even came across a flight sale to Chicago for as little as $77. Go for it now.
