Al's Cafe is a relaxed monthly get together for people with Working Age or Early-onset Dementia, their family, friends and carers. Each evening includes refreshments, guest speakers talking on relevant subjects, quizzes and competitions, time for discussion and questions and Alzheimer's Society information including leaflets, education and advice
