What a beautiful day it was! Perfect day for GOLF!!! Today I golfed in the Leon's Furniture store tournament. It had a shotgun start at noon and the format was team play, best ball every shot. My team shot a -4!!! If only I could golf as well as we did as a team... The team fed off my beautiful drives, and they made up for my horrible putting. Shortgame was back and forth, but 9 times out of 10 we played my drives. Considering I slice 99% of my drives... What does that say about the people I golfed with? Either way, the score was to my satisfaction. The winning team only scored a -8, so it was easily within our capacity to achieve that score, but my team kind of hit the beer a little harder than the -8 team! I also walked away with some small prizes. I earned myself a small lamp, an Animatrix DVD, a Decorest pen, and a Leon's tape measure. I already own this DVD, so I hope I can find a new home for it. Hope somebody ignores the "Not for resale. Promotional use only." sticker on the back.

And for once, I received like a million calls on my cell phone, but I left it in my backpack in the van. I actually got like 7 calls from an agency. It seems they've placed me in a job starting Monday. I have an interview on Monday with a different agency. This is like a bad three's company plot, but with jobs instead of women! (I almost wish it was women, but who knows how good I could juggle women, I'm no Jack Tripper...) So it looks like I'll work soon, so yay me! (So there Mom. :P)

Also, I saw my first sign of summer... Shoes on the power lines. If they're still there tomorrow, I'll definitely take a picture. :D Poor shoeless sap... Enjoy the summer weather, and drink your share of beer!

Wow, what a warm day it was. I'm kind of glad it's nice and cold in basements because I'm sure I would've melted!

Speaking of melting, I sure could go for a popsicle!

Well, this is what, day "f*ck-if-I-know" of my unemployment, and it's going good far. Work seems scarce in my fields and what's available makes exorbitant demands on security clearance. I don't have secret, and I have no idea how to get it! Do you know how to get secret security clearance? Sure it takes 6 months, but I'd like to get the paperwork started as soon as possible!

First day of grocery shopping today, sure the grandparents are still here but I figure I should get in the swing of things. I picked up all of three things! Hummus, pita bread, and some nectarines. I thought I was buying peaches but I just grabbed what felt good. Oh well, as long as it's tasty then I'm alright with it.

Well, I finally lost a tennis match on Xbox live. It's a disappointment but I hope not to repeat it. I improved my player and played more matches in the game to get practice. Next time I play Automated 8, well he'll be surprised! Hopefully I can back this all up with a win. I'll keep it all up to date on here.

One more thing, got a golf tournament tomorrow (I think). Yeah, I'm not 100% sure on this since I've yet to talk to the guys about this one again... Still not even sure where it is. All I know is the cost and that I need a drive. :S I hope I make it because I couldn't go to a job testing tomorrow and had to put it off until Monday. :(

Anyway, summer weather is here, let's hope it sticks around!
