		Wildflower Training Weekend April 5-7, 2002 Ironteam is doing the Wildflower Long Course (Half Ironman) event on May 4. The Ironteam and Wildflower TNT teams all headed down (3-4 hours south) to Lake San Antonio for the weekend to practice the course. We arrived Friday night, and had to go to bed EARLY to... Get up and swim in the lake for an hour, before... Post-swim stretching jumping on our bikes and riding the 56 mile bike segment. Of course we had to celebrate our Saturday swimming and biking ...Marcy Lynn and Jenny Lyons dance for us here! "You know who" came up for the weekend. Head Coach Wayne Don't ask. Kamal Nabijee & I on sunday after we did the 13.1 mile run course. Nicoletta (training for the San Diego marathon in early June) ran with us on Sunday, though she left me in the dust!
