Spiritual Exercise #6.
Being in charge of your own happiness.
1. Follow the inner promptings of your spirit
in whatever direction it takes you
2. Be aware of what the resistance is
to your accomplishing your goals.
3. Know that the obstacles that come up
are there for a reason.
4. Accept obstacles in this way,
but do not allow them
to hinder your progress.
5. When you reach your destination,
ask:
For what spiritual reason
was I brought here?
And then be filled
with the joy of your accomplishment.
