Spiritual Exercise #3.
Changing your present
by rewriting your past.
1. Allow yourself to focus
on one incident in your past
that you would have liked
to have had a different outcome.
2. Visualize how you
would have liked things to happen.
Do not allow any dwelling on pain.
3. Visualize the past
as if you had actually received
what you needed.
4. Relive the incident spiritually
in the light of unconditional love
and forgiveness.
