Yes, to type out documents, keep my schedule, and the Internet as well.

It is helpful but not required, however you do get extra pay for knowing a
second language especially for Spanish.

Yes, to be on time, do my work, make sure everything is going well, and to
follow up on my cases.
What are your job duties?
What is a typical day on your job like? Be specific.
I arrive at the hospital around 8 o’clock in the morning. I make any
necessary phone calls, then I start on my case loads from where I left off. I get home around 5 o’clock in the afternoon.

No, this career is very stressful, I don’t feel I can keep on doing it.
