CTEK cable- allows you to turn an Oki-900 into a computer controlled scanning, tracking, monitor. We hope to have these for sale in 2001.THE 4715 mod chip IS VAPORWARE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: Any reference to the 4715 mod is outdated. The 4715 turned out to be vaporware- a good idea that never materialized. The info was removed from our Oki900 page months ago but it got put back up during a web update. Due to customer demand, we will have Ctek cables by this summer. We will be constructing samples and beta testing them soon and they should be ready for production shortly. The cost is undetermined right now, we may even have several different models including an economy version that does not have the earphone jack (most people use the speaker in the Oki900 instead of headphones anyway). Our Ctek should be very competitively priced, even though the cable is no longer available from other sources. The best way to go will be a package deal that includes the phone and accessories. O-901 Oki car kit/handsfree/3 watt booster
This system cost over $700 from Oki, but we have one of these (no longer produced or offered for sale by Oki) car kits available for sale. It has a cradle to hold your Oki 9 series cellular phone. It powers the phone as well as boosting output power to 3 watts. With the external antenna it gives you approx. 300% more range (that's triple!) on transmit and receive. It also provides hands-free convienience. It runs from 12 volts DC so it can even be used in your home with a 12-v power supply.
