So you have the uncontrollable urge to binge, this is called HUNGER..Hunger is something we who fasts always will feel at one point..so here is some tips to get the hungry feeling away..or you can just eat of course..but to me..thats out of the question.

Drink water;because your body will enter ketosis, and you no longer feel hungry after 4-5 days of fasting.
Drink hot liquids;like tea..the tea makes you full and the tea is alwso very good for thouse who has trouble with their sleep..
Smell a banana;your body will think it has eaten the banana (if that work I dont know yet..)
Chew gum;it gets rid of the urge to nibble and your brain thinks its chewing food..
Drink liquids;for alot of the time, your thirsty instead of hungery..
