Governor's ProjectThe Texas-Oklahoma District Governor, Jerret Krouse, has chosen to enlist the District's support in fighting world hunger. To that end, he has teamed up with a Mansfield-based group, White Harvest, to fight the largest cause of hunger: the inability to deliver food where it needs to go. The Governor and White Harvest hope to raise enough funds from the various Key Clubs in the District to purchase a large tractor-trailer which will aid in getting donated food to those who need it most. At some point during the year, the Plano East Key Club will organize some type of project to contribute to this worthy effort. |

District Project
 |
Along with help on the Governor's project, Key Clubs throughout Oklahoma and Texas have been enlisted to assist with Operation: Outfit, the T-O District project. The goal of this project is, obviously, to collect clothing and other supplies a disadavantage child might need. While nothing is currently on the calendar concerning this Operation, count on a drive or project later this year. |
