***It's finally here!!! The brand new country album release from Garth Brooks is in stores now from Capitol Records!!! Garth finished recording and is ready to get the music out there to the fans. The first single, entitled "Wrapped Up In You", was released to country radio October 9th. Garth hosted a press conference at the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville the same day which was broadcast live on all country music radio stations across the country. As a special treat, the album will also include a brand new duet with George Jones entitled "Beer Run (B Double E Double Are You In?)". Also, for the first time in his career, Garth has actually recorded more songs than needed for the new album. He wants to give the people the best possible material, so he's left himself plenty of leeway when selecting the final track list for the album. It's almost here, and yes, just in time for Christmas.***

Garth has a brand new commercial single release entitled "Call Me Claus", in stores now. The single contains three brand new Christmas songs. The songs are also featured on the 2001 version of his Christmas CD, Garth Brooks & The Magic of Christmas.

Due to the tragic events in New York and Washington D.C., Garth cancelled his scheduled press conference to discuss his new country album on September 17th. It has been rescheduled for October 9th. Also, the new duet with George Jones entitled "Beer Run" will NOT be released as a single to radio as previously reported. Garth has stated that he feels now is not the appropriate time to release the song to radio. It may be reissued at a later date, but as for now the only place to hear the song will be upon the release of George Jones' new BNA Records release, The Rock: Stone Cold Country 2001. Stay tuned for more to come as we are notified with any more details.

Garth has rereleased his 1999 Christmas album, "Garth Brooks & The Magic of Christmas". The new album will include bonus tracks featured in the 2001 TNT movie "Call Me Claus", starring Whoppi Goldberg and produced by Garth Brooks.
