Try this reduction utility!
To use this utility, just enter the URL of the gif that you would like to resize. Don't add the http://. The utility will do that for you. Example: www.geocities.com/NapaValley/1745/donbannr.gif After you have entered the URL just click the Gif Wizard button and follow the directions from there. It's really simple! GO AHEAD AND TRY IT! Just highlight the address www.geocities.com/NapaValley/1745/donbannr.gif and click "edit", choose "copy" and then place the cursor in the box. Go back to "edit" and choose "paste".
