"Irresistible", we move onto track 7 of the album. Another example of the new direction the band is tapping into. Very "samey", sugar coated, and total pop. Like "Breathless", I think this one was for the market. It's good for what it is, and achieves a really good beat during the chorus. Another tune that will stick in your head for some time. And for that reason, i think this track is another winner for them. If this doesn't get you singing along, nothing will.

"One Night", perhaps one of the weaker links in this album, feels a bit strained. It has the usual dose of  "syrupy" lyrics about love, but it is repeated over and over, it just doesn't have that strong a tune to be kept repeating. It glides over in a very slow fashion. The closest song I can liken this to (from the Corrs), is "Closer", off their first release "FNF" which was great. That also had a repetitive chorus, but the amount of feeling and musical arrangement in that, makes this effort a little pale in comparison. However, the Corrs manage to pull this track off with some success (as they usually do). "All in a day" follows in similar fashion. It has a nice lazy, easy going melodic feel but it just doesn't seem to get any further as the song goes on. It glides along with Andrea's crooning....

Coming to another trademark Corrs song, which is a classic. Released on their "Unplugged" cd last year, "At Your Side" features the  Corrs signature of great instrumentals with the violin, strong melody and soft lyrics about love. "I'll be at your side, there's no need to worry, together we'll survive, through the haste and hurry..."The remixed version that appears here is not too bad. The original version was perfectly fine, but at least this mix does not hamper any tune, instruments or vocals. It even lends a good new feel to the song, perhaps making it more of a "dancier" number. Not exactly new, but a good track nonetheless.

"No More Cry", yet another pop rock song that leaves their traditional Irish roots. The Corrs do have a knack for pulling of these types of songs, very much in the same ballpark as "Breathless" and "Irresistible", it probably doesn't have such an initial catchiness that those two songs had, but definitely one of the stronger tunes on the album. It is also a song written for their father to cope about the pain of the loss of their mother last year, so it is a significant track.

"Rain", a breezy and easy track, no strong hard melodies here, and the subtleties of the track are quite pleasant. A mid arrangement with violin presents that Irish link that is missing on the majority of this album. A more contemplative song, not about love, but of life. This song isn't a real standout track, but I like this one, its subtle, competent and easy.
