Gulbrand received the deed from his father in 1847, he gave 684 spd. for the farm. He borrowed 400 spd. from Kittil Torvaldsen S�nju, it was the father that moved to S�nju. In 1866 the farm was put in to cultivation fields of 52 m�l or 13 acres, 35 m�l 8.5 acres was in natural meadowland. They fed 1 horse, 6 cows, and 12 sheep here, had they forest (wood) to use in the house and 12 dozen a year to sell, fine foliage, 3 ??, collected price for land, wood and harbour 1200 spd.
Gulbrand had Tronlia property holding 7 here that got to their daughter Sigrid, while the son, Torsten received Gronseth. But Torsten sold to Sigrid so that she had both Gronseth & Tronlia from 1892.
Sigrid had no children, and died in 1905. Hellik held the farm until his death in 1936, and his son Olaus Helliksen had Gronset until 1947.
Gulbrand Kittilsen died in 1905. Marte Knutsdatter in 1907. Gulbrand had 1 Tronlia taken here, that Sigrid received but son Torsten received Gronset. But he sold it to Sigrid so she had both Gronset and Tronlia until 1892.
