The Great River Regional Coin Club meets regularly on the first Thursday of each month at Miller's Indoor Auto Plaza at 2930 2nd Street South, St. Cloud, MN. Meeting time is 6:30 PM and goes to approximately 8:30.

September Recap
All 25 tables were sold out for the Fall Coin Show. Postcards went out to people.
The Wooden Nickels are in and they look nice. They are 35 cents for one and $1.00 for 3. Contact John here if you want any.
Blue books came in. The blue books are $6.25 and the red books are $7.50. Please come to a meeting to get one.

October Recap
John S. brought a 1954 Korea unlisted CHTT $2 bill.
Next meeting, we will talk about getting wooden nickels for the Spring Show. In January, we will deside on a half room or whole room for the Spring Show.

November Recap
There are zero tables sold for the spring show, on April 19, 2003. If you would like a table, please contact Roy at 320-230-1683 or John at 1-888-801-7210 then dial 320-393-3148 for information. We decided to send out postcards for the show.
The January meeting date has been changed from the 2nd to the 9th because of the holiday.
"Dirty Bingo" is next month. Remember to bring a $10 coin-related gift that is wrapped and has your name on it. Remember to play "dirty"! Also next month is officer elections.

Special Events:
December 5th is Dirty Bingo night. Remember to play dirty! Please bring a $10 coin related gift wrapped with your name on it.

June Recap
We had Vice President Adam fill in for President Mike, who was absent.
We welcomed guests Roy and Ruth and Dan. Guest Dan shared coins and metals that he brought.
D.J. gave a Dolphin speech that he won a gold metal with and he also showed how to fold new-style bills to show pictures from 9/11, 2001.

July Recap
We agreed to 250 wooden nickels with a silver dollar design on the reverse for the Fall Show.
John brought World Cup coins that he got in a trade. He also gave a short presentation on his trip down to Las Vegas for a token show.
D.J. also gave a presentation on a bill tracking site called Where's George.

August Recap
We have 11 tables spoken for our Fall Coin Show next month. We will have a discussion at the October 3 meeting about the future of Fall Coin Shows.
The 2002 Red Books are in for club members and the Blue Books should be here for the next meeting. Please come to a meeting if you would like one.

March Recap
We had Vice President Adam fill in for President Mike, who was absent.
Pat and Jeff brought their kids who all gave presentations.
We have 12 tables sold for the April 21, 2002 Spring Coin Show. A report on the progress of the Coin Show will be in April from John.

April Recap
Nine more tables were sold for the Spring Coin Show. This brings the total number of tables up to 20.
We watched a video about counterfeit coins.

May Recap
We had a report on how the Spring Coin Show went. We had a moderate rate of people all day, even though it was snowing. The dealers reported good sales to John after the show.
8 tables were sold at the Spring Coin Show for the Fall Show on September 15, 2002. We discussed about getting wooden nickels for the Fall Show.
Chinese coins were brought and were identified by John.

December Recap
New Officers were picked this month. The NEW President is Mike, the NEW Vice-President is Adam, the Treasurer is Cy, the Coin Show Coordinator is John, and the Newsletter Coordinator is D.J.
Mike gave out the new Kentucky state quarter to the kids.
We got the wooden nickels for the 2002 Spring Show.
We had a fun game of "Dirty Bingo", and we remembered to play "dirty"!

January Recap
We had a new officer introduction.
Articles about the new wooden nickels are being printed in some coin magazines. We have 8 tables sold for the Spring Coin Show.
John brought 200 dong denomination notes from South Vietnam.
To end the meeting, we watched the "Inside the Mint" video from the Discovery Channel.

February Recap
There are 9 tables sold for the Spring Coin Show on April 21, 2002. 1 table costs $40.
We had 2 visitors at the meeting.
Mike gave out the Tennessee quarters to the kids.
Tory gave a speech about Tennessee and its quarter. We learned a lot about interesting Tennessee facts.
