Elisbeth

A auto-biography poem. It was a designed peom for us, we had to chose the words

Genny

A biography poem. Again it was a designed peom for us, we had to chose the words. I chose to do it on my best friend and cousin, Genny.

Cinquain

Cinquain is a type of syllable counting poem that can be about anything and does not have to rhyme.

Haiku

Haiku poems are another syllable counting poem, but they are suppose to be about nature. I have three here, each stanza is actually a different poem. Then I have a sentance that ties them all together.

Limericks

Limerick is another syllable counting poem that rhymes. They are usually silly---and disgusting. The most famous one starts: There once was a man from Nantuckett... Mine are more serious. I have two.

The Rainbows Had Won

The Rainbows Had Won. This poem was in the format from "Anybody can write a poem" poem. Terrible, but in the same way....amazing. If any of you want the format on how to write this one, let me know. I'll put it up. It's amazing what you come up with!

The Setting Sun

Metephoric poems. Some of my favorite, but I have a hard time writing them. This one is how like sleep is like the setting sun.

Beautifully Perfect

This poem is in the format of the poet kown as E.E. Cummings. A very creative man.

Devouring Sunshine

It's called a triangle poem and they give you what kind of work you're suppose to use. Noun, verb, adjective...etc.

Dreaming

Noun poem.

I Am The One

You took ten lines, put "I Am The One" in front of each of them, the whole poem has to come together with the last line.

Loving

I don't remember what this one is called and I can't find the sheet for it. Pretty though, huh?

My Back Yard

This one and "Mother" are censory detail poems. We were suppose to pick a place and a person and describe it like it was when we were children.

Mother

Censory detail.

I Use To Dream

This one is SO dumb! LOL Oh well...enjoy.
