Remain aware of Current Federal Acquisition Regulations and Reforms. Look at this great FAR Page. Check my Research Page, and my On Getting Grants! Page, particularly for current OMB regulations. Another great FAR Site. Check this. Consult Federal Agencies' Acquisition Pages and Grants Available Pages. SEARCH the Federal Acquisition Regulation --FAR , from the Federal Marketplace's fine, free list of procurement resources. Try the Procurement Assistance Jumpstation.
A Harvard Research Administration Manual , from Brigham and Women's Hospital, which is generally appropriate to all grants applications. Naturally, avoid any qualifier specific to Harvard (unless you're there!). Always check with your own institutional grants office before writing or submitting a grant application
