The following are links to the Research Offices of research-oriented institutions, primarily Universities, with some other agencies included. This grants related information can be very valuable to a Principal Investigator or to grants policy administrators. I was particularly impressed with the University of California's Page devoted to OMB Circulars, Federal Acquisitions Regulations, and the Code of Federal Regulations. Check the U. S. House Law Library carefully for any information related to U. S. Federal publications, laws and legal requirements; this is an excellent resource. Texas A&M again provides a fine page, Federal Agency Information Link, with proposal guidelines, policy manuals, forms, e-mail query-to-agency options, various agency research interests, and, as usual, more! You may also wish to visit On Writing Proposals within my own pages. NOT TO BE MISSED: Multidisciplinary Research Program. Examine a Web Page devoted to a particular research project. This may well be the future style of research collaborations and progress announcements. You may want to consult my Electronic Research Administration Page as well for more insight into future developments in the management of research programs. don't overlook NIST's fine new page for Inventors and Small Businesses. InterNIC is an important resource for researchers.
