FEDIX All Agency Electronic Research Administration Project
This FEDIX resource organizes the information relative to electronic proposal submission for several agencies. Review the links in the page for references to all the agencies as well as for information on current applications of electronic proposal submission.
FEDIX allows searches designed for a particular audience as well as searches by subject, such as funding opportunities or budget forms. Electronic forms for grants related financial activities are also available. The FEDIX objective is to formalize, centralize and expedite submission of proposals to all federal agencies. The Internet makes that possible. NewERA is the prototype Electronic Research Administration Page, which will one day apply to all federally funded research, as this SCIENCE article suggests. NextERA is the Windows based software system for grants management and tracking for the pre-award and post-award process. You may want to examine R&R Report Writer, a tool used in electronic submission.
CRADA Grants Page, with Gateways. There is a Womens' Gateway within CRADA.
Don't miss FEDIX Opportunity Alert for automatic personalized announcements via e-mail.
Required Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Forms from GSA. Keep your eye on this resource.
NSF has a long history (as long as "long" is in Web related activities) in developing electronic proposal submission as well. NSF's FastLane Project for Electronic Proposal Submission is the Agency's test server. Navigate NSF a bit. The Foundation provides a nice Hints Page for using electronic forms properly on their Electronic Forms Page.
While we're thinking about research and possible publications resulting from that pursuit, it's appropriate to consider Copyright and Fair Use, this from Stanford.
