Saturday, 9 of us met up in Fort Myers for the U.S.S. Dragonfire meeting:
Driving up in the Litzvan were:
Jon Litz, Alan Ricotta, Bill Bloom, Jane Perrone, myself and new member Omar Barsimantov
The 6 of us enjoyed 3 movies beforehand, Air Force One, Men In Black, and The 5th Element
We also had pizzas at the Taste of Chicago.  The movies and the company were great!
Later, Elizabeth and Neil Day and our newest Starfleet member Lynn Kornwell met us at the U.S.S. Dragonfire meeting at 7pm.  This was the 1st meeting that Captain Jim Maloney was not present since the group was started, his 1st officer took charge and did a fine job!  We discussed the just past convention and upcoming conventions, with a report from Commander Paul Stacy of K.L.A.W..  We also discussed Star Trek and Babylon 5.
We took group pictures before and afterward and had a good time.
Elizabeth and Neil joined the U.S.S. Dragonfire for dinner afterwards, while the rest of us went home, after a long fun, inexpensive day out with friends!
