Review of the blackberry bold 9900 as a daily driver in 2021

Using this phone is wonderfull. The build quality is amazing - the rubberised back, fake carbon fiber back, metal band around the phone, glass screen. It has a really nice keyboard, though it is not the biggest, you get used to it. And don't get me started on the touchpad! It's amazing for navigation and games. The screen is only 2.8 inches, but somehow on the phone feels big. Probably because of it's landscape orentation. The 5 megapixel camera is ok for normal photo's, but suffers highly in dimly lit conditions. The video is also decent, has the same problem. The "always in focus" part doesn't bother me, if anything, makes it easier to shoot.
Now let's talk about the software. One downside to this phone is BIS. You can learn about it in the "some random links" tab. Using a guide (once again see "some random links" tab, the link "How to de-BIS your blackberry"), I am able to fully use the phone without BIS. Another thing is software support. On my phone, the blackberry world store still works, but on some phones it doesn't. From there I downloaded opera mini and a game called "FallDown". Opera mini is the best web browser for the blackberry bold 9900, and falldown is just a simple game. I don't really need more games, because the built-in brick breaker is just amazing. Talking about built-in, BBOS7 is a priveledge only sertain blackberry users have. I can only describe it as absolutely amazing. The UI is smooth, simple, easy to understand. Some might call it "outdated", but I don't care.
This phone is going to stay with me for a long time. Well unless I break it. I hope this review helped you, gave you some entertainment or made you buy a blackberry. Please. They need sales. Buy blackberry's. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this review, and, goodbye.

Fedora workstation 33 review

Recently, I have switched OS's - from manjaro to fedora. You may ask why? It is because manjaro started to randomly freeze and crash. So, how has using fedora been? Wonderful. I really like the UI, how smooth it is. I'm runing fedora on an intel i5 and 8gb/ram, and it runs incredibly smooth. I won't write about technical diferences between fedora and other distro's, mainly because I don't understand how it works, but also because an average consumer won't really care.
I have been able to get most of the applications I used on manjaro on fedora. Some didn't work, but instead of them I just used alternatives. But mainly, fedora to me is completelly usable. So do I recommend fedora? absolutelly. It's a pleasure using it and especially as your main OS.
